Kent Ingram

General Manager

Kent is the firm’s General Manager. Kent started his career with General Finance Co. in their management trainee program, working his way from field collector to Branch Manager. After several years with General Finance, he worked with

various other collection agencies, before opting to start his own collection firm,

Capital Management Service, Inc., in Montgomery, Alabama. Kent enjoyed a brief retirement from the collection field and entered the sports memorabilia market,

one of his passions. In 2001, he moved to Birmingham and reentered the

collection field. He is responsible for the overall supervision of the firm.
